Vinyasa Flow Yoga (Multi-level)
These fun, flowing classes combine postures and sequences from various styles of yoga to give your body the breathwork and movement it needs. With a dynamic flowing sequence of postures linking breath and movement, cultivate awareness while building core strength and flexibility. The level of intensity can be varied. Variations and modifications of the poses can/are given so these classes are appropriate for all levels, but some familiarity with yoga is recommended.

About Cindy Minalt
Founder of The Inner Light Studio, Cindy is a passionate, devoted and certified yogini recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Along her decade journey she has studied several styles of yoga. While deeply affected and inspired by Ashtanga, Sivananda, Kundalini and most recently Jivamukti, following the yogic principle of Vairagya (non-attachment), she does not rigidly adhere to one particular style, but rather her teaching style comes from the heart and is an eclectic fusion of the schools that have influenced her the most. She feels like life itself, yoga is a journey not a destination, and the path is ever evolving. Deriving joy and satisfaction in helping others holistically she is also a Hypnotherapist, Life Coach and Thai Massage Practitioner.
