Terms and Conditions
1. The contents of this Site, such as text, graphics, images, audio, video and other material as well as the domain names, tagline, organization and user look-and-feel of this Site (collectively, the "Material"), are protected by copyright, trademark and other such laws under both United States and foreign laws, and are owned or controlled by Thai Bodywork, Inc. or by third parties that have licensed their Material to Thai Bodywork, Inc. Thai Bodywork, Inc. neither warrants nor represents that the Materials displayed on the Site do not infringe the rights of third parties not owned or affiliated with Thai Bodywork, Inc. The copyright in all Material provided on this Site is held by Thai Bodywork, Inc. or by the original creator of the Material. Except as stated herein, none of the Material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of Thai Bodywork, Inc. or the copyright owner. 4. Your use of and browsing the Site are at your own risk. Neither Thai Bodywork, Inc. nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, special, incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Service Mark displayed on the Site without the written permission of Thai Bodywork, Inc. Your misuse of the Service Marks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms of Use, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Thai Bodywork, Inc. will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution. Other product and company names mentioned herein may be the service marks or trademarks of their respective owners.
7. The links in this area will let you leave Thai Bodywork, Inc.'s site.
